"Anola Gray have a solid idenity that borrows elements of several different genres but sounds like none of them. Fantastically raw vocals that sound like nobody else, and drums and guitar that echo the likes of The Mars Volta and Oceansize. The result is something that sounds original, powerful and most importantly, natural. A bunch of lads making a sound they want to hear. When it could so easily sound like a carefully contrived imitation of the bands they draw influence from. "
